Dr. Littman and the Red Rock Fertility Team are dedicated to helping you get pregnant. Our methods range from natural cycle monitoring to in depth assisted reproductive treatments. From treating endometriosis and recurrent miscarriage issues to intrauterine insemination, and in-vitro fertilization, we practically cover the full range of available services to help you bring a new life into the world. Below is a list of the services we offer and a definition of what these therapies entail.

Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) this is the process in which fertility hormones stimulate increased egg production and better egg development.
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a procedure in which sperm are cleansed and then placed into the uterine cavity in a concentrated specimen. This procedure in cases of cervical factor and male factor infertility.
In-vitro Fertilization (IVF) begins with fertility medications, followed by egg removal and fertilization. Finally, the best developing embryos are transferred into the uterus.
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) allows hopeful parents and doctors to screen for genetic problems that may affect the baby's health and provides an opportunity for gender selection.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), is a procedure in which a sperm is selected by the embryologist and injected into the egg. This procedure is used in cases of severe male factor infertility, or to insure better fertilization rates.
Egg Donation is used in cases of decreased ovarian reserve which can be due to age or premature ovarian failure.
Surrogacy is used when the uterus is absent or has an abnormality inhibiting the successful outcome of a pregnancy.
